This t shirt is very comfortable, looks great and feels great..I love the fact that these t shirts come in tall as well These t’s come in a large variety of colours
Great material and fit in the body but it is too long. I am 5'8" and a size Small was still about 3-4" too long.
I tried to replace my 'charged cotton' from a few years ago and I can say these shirts do not do it. The fit up top is too tight for the shirts midsection. I think I got a rash from the tightness in the armpit area. Make sure your sizing matches up with the size of these shirts. Then remember that this isn't the charged cotton you remembered/loved. Next, stuff these shirts at the back of your drawer, and go back to your beloved charged cotton.
BRING BACK CHARGED COTTON NO ONE EVER WANTS THIS MATERIAL OR ANY OTHER MATERIAL UNDERARMOUR IS TRYING TO SELL US.
I would return these shirts immediately if I hadn't already washed them.
Sorry, UA, but you have just messed around too much with the fitted tshirts these last few years...the necks are way too big, they don't fit as snug as the used to, and they flat out just don't feel as nice as they used to. Please get your act together!
I tried on a half dozen UA shirts and this is my favorite by far. It’s similar to UA Raid over all, with a great tapered fit and good performance for workouts. What I love though is that the UA logo is very subtle, which makes it an “everyday wear” shirt too. I don’t really want to go to work with a huge UA logo on my chest, but this shirt is fine.
When I lost weight (24% to 11% body fat) I got a lot of “have you lost weight?” Comments, followed by an occasional “did you get sick?”. Even a tapered cotton t-shirt didn’t really show my frame. As soon as I started wearing this shirt that changed to “have you been working out?” It’s both the fit and the gloss of the fabric that really makes your muscles/figure pop while most shirts just hide your body and leave you looking small and shapeless.
Great fitting shirt, awesome looking and feels perfect while working out in the gym and running/.sprinting
I love Under Armour but I'm frustrated that they don't keep some basics available in all sizes and colors all the time. I wear a 2XLT and came back to buy the Charged Cotton shirt that I love, but they're no longer available in my size. So I look for some alternatives and this was pretty much the only option in a 2XLT. I thought I'd give it a try try, even though it said fitted. I was disappointed. Very snug in the chest and shoulders. So then I tried the 3XLT and it fit better through the chest and shoulders but the neck and body were just too big and it looked goofy. I understand how a shirt like this could be beneficial and sought after by some, so by all means offer it, but please continue to offer your loose fit shirts.
Hey UA! What is with all this fitted stuff this year? Not everyone is 6'2 with 3% body fat. Your loose stuff fit amazing and the fitted was OK for getting by. How about we go back to the loose stuff for working out. I hope this is just a phase and stops by the time summer/fall stuff comes out.
Most of my gym shirts are UA Raid. The MK-1 performs equally as well as the raid. The new cut seems to be tighter in the shoulders and under arms. Overall they will be a good gym shirt, but there will be an adjustment period getting use to the new fit.
I’m 6’6” 205 and prefer UA’s L Tall sizes. I bought one Raid-style T-shirt in LT for work (police) and loved the fit but the tall sold out. I bought this MK-1 in LT instead as it has comparable specs online (fitted and mesh back) but in person the neckline was way too large/loose for an under shirt. Aside from that I like the body cut and feel and think it is a good stand-alone shirt for gym/workout wear if that’s your intent
