A little small

I have purchased many pairs of UA shoes, from Apollos to Sling Rides to Threadborne, and I have always bought the same size. Purchased these in a 10.5, small enough that I was hesitant to walk in them, let alone run any type of distance. Every other aspect felt great, will return and try an 11.

Great shoes for half the cost

I love this . I have 3 other popular models from other brands . And this beat them all

Not as good as the previous version. Sonic 1

As a owner of the first Sonic shoes, these do lack the comfort the Sonic 1's offered. The first Sonics were amazing! the Fit, Hovr cushioning and overall feel. These ones have the same cushioning but the tongue is fatter/more padded so it doesn't feel as minimalistic. The heel counter is unbearable on this shoe, the heel cup digs into your achilles. You may ask, how is that possible? the 2 shoes look almost identical. Well if you compare the shoes side by side, you will see that the Sonic 2 heel is angled more inwards. I suspect that UA designed it this way so you will feel more lock down when you lace up. Unfortunately, this has cost the overall comfort to suffer

Average shoe

Overall a decent shoe but far from anything great. I put 16 miles on the shoes during the first week. I had no issues with the shoes until my last run. I started getting a raw spot on the bottom of my right foot. I have been running for years and never had this issue in that spot. I do like the Bluetooth feature and app that work with these shoes. Not sure I will buy again.

Great shoes!

I've purchased three different HOVR shoes already. After I used up my first pair running 10ks, 10 milers, and half marathons I knew these were the only shoes to run in. Now I have a pair on standby. These are the first shoes I actually believe make you run faster!!

A comfortable shoe

From the very start I could feel that these shoes would be my go to shoes. I was not wrong. The laces should be longer for the lacing system provided

RELEASE AN ALL BLACK VERSION!!

Shoe is great, please release an all black version I will literally buy enough pairs for 10 years

Second thoughts

I have worn UA products for the last 10 years. Most all of the shoes have been a solid 4 stars. These shoes right out of the box were uncomfortable. Every pair of running shoes I’ve purchased have been perfect right from the get go. The UA boots fit a little rough at first then break in over time. My fingers are crossed with these sneakers. But it’s been a week of wearing them every day, and they are just all stiff today as the first... honestly I should have spent the extra $20 and went with the next ones up but these were rated one of the top running shoes so far for 2019...

Light, cool, and comfortable

Pro: easy to pair to the app, exceptional comfort, considering the features and full sole they’re light. Cons: Super slippery on a wet tile floor, while they are light for what they are, compared to ultra light running shoes they’re a bit heavy, did I mention they’re slippery?

Uncomfortable on elliptical and treadmill

I was very happy with the looks n design of the shoes but after wearing it to gym i felt discomfort on treadmill and elliptical. Eventually i had to returned the shoes.
