To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

Great shoes but ordered the exact same size as my last pair and they are way to big. Fantastic service from Under Armour we returned them and will buy a size down.
These shoes are comfortable for being training shoes. I used to use Reeboks but these are by far better than them. They’re comfortable and sturdy.
I love these shoes so far! I purchased the blue pair and the color always gets compliments and the styling is both the sporty and subtle, which I like having a mix of. The performance, comfort and balance when wearing these shoes is fantastic! I've done multiple outdoor, body-weight workouts on various surfaces with these shoes. They always perform at the highest level with great comfort, control and look. Easily recommended!
This is my second training shoe from UA, been using the running shoes for the past few years as my gym shoes. Saw a couple reviews on YouTube for these shoes, thought let me give these a try. they are way "beefier" than expected but in a good way. Perfect for those "crossfit" style workouts, all around weight training and lifting. no issue doing 400m runs on concrete. Great for wider feet. I feel they soften the blow to my knees doing any sort of jumping movement, while not sacrificing the stability like a running shoe would. When the Project rocks come out in a different color way will test and compare. I also wear these for a long shift on my feet, i enjoy the lock down and stability they offer. Hope this review helps anyone on the fence.
Based on the sizing chart my Brooks size 11 converts to a ua size 10. Not so. They were too small and narrow. Going up half a size.
I have flat flipper feet with overpronation so my experince is subjective. I found that the upper is way to stiff and doesnt hug the foot/ankle so i have some heel slippage and it takes skin off my Achilles heel. Good firm sole for lifting tho but the upper is not comfortable at all. Prefer a much softer upper so it conforms to my feet.
Bought these for weight lifting, very comfortable, allow great maneuverability, they look sleek/low profile too which I like.
Bought this shoe as a squash player with wide feet struggling to find a wide, sport-specific shoe. Thought I would step outside the box.
Initially, was quite happy with my purchase; the shoe was a wide, stable make, with a robust-feeling outer shell, which I felt would handle the rigorous demands I'd be placing on them. The rubber outsole is non-marking, which is essential on a squash court. Unfortunately, to my chagrin, I discovered the EVA outsole wasn't which, given I had purchased the pair with a dark grey EVA, meant that I keep marking up the court.
Not only that, but it seems to leave a detritus around the court from the EVA coming away from the shoe.
I found the sizing to be a bit on the small side as well.
So final assessment would be they are great for training in, but not ideal for sport, particularly if there's lunging involved.
The shoes are awesome. They look stylish thanks to the red color.
They sizing is emaculate. The shoes literally clasps your ankles giving you that tight grip on the ground and solid footing to press against.
The shoe will fit like glove in our feet.
Been training with competitor brands and decided to try UA HOVR Rise. Really great shoes. Fits well, comfortable and mostly it performs well in cross fit exercise. Price quality right on. Definite recommend for training shoes.
