To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

Great shoe. Fits wonderfully. Feels like you aren’t wearing shoes. I have had 2 problems with these shoes. The shoe laces are slick and untie easily (Even when double knotted) and the treads wore out quickly. I have had these shoes approx 3 weeks and already have bald spots where the balls of my feet hit. Way too expensive to last a measly 3 weeks.
I was excited about these shoes with all the great reviews for them and they are also pretty nice looking. I got them specifically for speed runs, which for me are usually anywhere from 7-10 mi total. I typically wear an 8.5 in normal shoes so I sized up to a 9 (I mostly wear 9 in other running shoes). Technically they fit okay I guess but not great.
The first and biggest issue I had with them was forefoot cushioning. The problem with the forefoot cushioning is there literally is none. As soon as I took off on my run it felt like my feet were just slamming down onto the pavement with no protection, which really aggravated the balls of my feet. The heel cushioning is sufficient and actually really responsive so I was a little bummed about how painful these were to wear. I normally wear an 8 mm drop, these are 7.5 mm. It really felt like more.
Second, my feet were not stable inside the shoe even though these run pretty small. I have a couple turns to make on my usual route and I had to almost come to a complete stop to make them as my feet were sliding all over the place inside the shoe. The heel was also rubbing on at least one of my feet.
Third, I had to stop twice during my run to re-tie the laces. First the right shoe got really loose so I stopped and re-tied it. Then the left shoe did the same thing a few miles later. Nothing irritates me more than having to stop during a run to re-tie my shoes. Even with them tightened my feet were still slipping around.
During my speed intervals I liked them alright. Did they make me run faster like they claim to? No, I made me run faster. I did like the neutral design, lightness, and flexibility.
Overall I don't think I can run in these, which is unfortunate because I wasted a decent amount of money on them. They felt really nice when I tried them on and walked around but stepping off for a run was just entirely another story. If you are looking for a shoe with any amount of forefoot cushioning or responsiveness do not buy these.
I love these shoes so much. So comfortable and lightweight. Can wear them all day with no problems. This is the second pair and own and these ones did not disappoint either. They run about a half size small. I normally wear 9.5 and the 10 fit perfect in both pairs I own.
I was so excited when I put these shoes on for the first time. They fit wonderfully, and gave me the appropriate amount of stability for running and my other workouts. I'd put a lot of time into going to a brick and mortar store to try these on (it was an outlet, they didn't have the color I wanted) before purchasing online, and thought I'd made the right choice.
Unfortunately, I was in the middle of a workout last evening, and noticed the fabric near the rubber on the toe is frayed already. I have only had these for a month, and it looks like there will be a hole in them in no time at all. I am so incredibly bummed, because these shoes are great in every other way. If you don't ever drag your toe on anything, or you stick to indoor running, these would probably be ok.
I have checked every Australian running shoe store and brand to find the shoe that’s just right with that Cinderella fit! I coach gymnastics and am always on my feet however needed a sole that’s not too thick as I trip over a lot on the matting with general running shoes. I stumbled across these by accident when the attendant got the wrong shoes out but they happened to be half price and perfect (v. happy girl).
They are a very, very small fit (I went from my average 37 to 38.5) so go a full size up regardless of what you think you need!
I’m excited to try these out at work and even take them overseas to Vietnam in a few weeks for those long walking days.
I purchased these shoes in size 6.5 and they fit and look super small. I though I purchase kids size by mistake however they were regular women shoes. I returned them and reorder a side 7. hopefully 7 would be the right fit.
The fit is a little on the small side so I had to go up half a size but otherwise these shoes are amazing. I feel like I am not wearing shoes when I am running in these. They are super comfortable, don't rub anywhere and are lightweight. These are the first running shoes I have ever had that have not left me with hot spots somewhere on my feet. I have tried numerous different brands for running and these are superior to anything else I have tried. I wish I bought 2 pairs whilst in the USA on holidays because I can't find them in Australia.
This shoes' elastic digs into my heel so bad that I always go home from work with red marks on my heels. I usually wear a size 7, but I bought an 8 due to the shoe running small.
It makes me so sad that these shoes are uncomfortable because I love the way they look but they were also pretty expensive so I was expecting much more comfort out of them.
the top pushed down on my foot squishing and numbing it. The back dug into my foot at tip.
I used the "True Fit" size, which was still my regular size 7, but these shoes were uncomfortably small when I received them. My toes looked like they were falling over the front of the shoe when I stood and walked. They even looked very small, I had no other choice but to return and cross my fingers that the 7.5 would fit better.
Returning the shoes via mail was easy and the 7.5 arrived quickly.
7.5 fit a lot better and more comfortably. I love these shoes, they are extremely comfortable and I love the bright green that I purchased. I'm extremely happy with these shoes and may even purchase another pair!
I had never had size issues with shoes before, so if you are worried, get the half size up, you won't regret it.
