I tested this in shower down deluge rain...my shirt was dry as a bone...and for the price...worth every penny
The jacket has professional and stylish look, perfect for work in an outdoor setting. It is comfortable and well fitted so better to go size up then down. The inside is mesh so good for layering.
Highly recommend this jacket for those wanting a bit of protection from wind and light rain. I wore it for over an hour under steady drizzle and it kept me dry and warm.
Roomy enough for two thin layers; but haven't tried with a jumper.
The hood is fantastic and stays put.
I am 5'3, waist 27in, average curvey, and 140lbs, since this is a top I am also 34D. Pros: This is my third rain jacket but first from under armour and it does its job perfectly. This jacket is light weight, keeps me cool and is easy to layer with. The inside is lined with mesh, has two pockets also mesh lined, the sleeve cuffs have elastic and cinch closed also I like how the hood can be made smaller and the drawstring is hidden inside same as bottle of jacket drawstring. The fabric is not as loud as I thought and seems mildly reflective. Cons: Because of the curve in my body shape the jacket doesnt actually cover my bottom, so if you are between sizes I would go up if you like the privacy. Also the zipper does bunch up in the chest area which is another reason why I think going a size up would help, it could not sit flat on me due to not sitting past my hips. The only other thing is the whole jacket is lined with mesh so I would not recommend putting keys or sharp objects in the pocket to protect it from snaging. I love this jacket and will be using it for training and casual!
Love this jacket for runs on cooler days, which is often since I live along the coast in Victoria. So well fitted and very true to size. Often struggle with hoods on jackets when running but this one doesn’t budge.
I love this jacket & it’s completely waterproof. Fits well & is lightweight
I was concerned with not fitting within the bust measurements so i went up the next size from M to L. Size L is now a little big. So far the jacket has performed well in repelling light water/rain. The material is durable. Things that could be improved: 1. The sound of the jacket (fabric rubbing) when moving is rather loud. 2. The arm hole allows cold wind to come through and the under mesh fabric sticks to your arms when you sweat. 3. When you zip the jacket to neck level, the inner hood tie cables are slighly irritating when pressed against the collar bone. Not sure whether i would have the same issues if i ordered a smaller size.
Awesome product, really good for walking and running, or any activity outside, keeps the rain out, obviously it's only meant for light rain. I would recommend this product to anyone who is active and likes to go outside even when it's not the clearest weather.
The jacket is perfect for winter runs and helps block out the wind. It’s also loose enough so that it doesn’t feel restrictive when I run.
The only thing is that when you get hot and sweaty inside the mesh tends to stick to your skin but that’s a minor issue and can easily be fixed by just removing the jackets and tying is around your waist.
I also wish there was thumb holes and an earphone hole to loops your earphones through.
