To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I wear between an 8-8.5 in athletic sneaks usually. I went with the 8.5 as last time I ordered an 8 in UA sneaks, they were too small. (sidenote, my "Truefit was listed as 7.5?? I don't think I would've even been able to get my foot in those, so I would go with your normal size, perhaps .5 size up) These fit well in the length, a little wide (I have VERY narrow feet) but felt super comfy when I first tried them on, however after doing a few different workouts in these (H.I.I.T., TRX, bootcamp etc), I just can't seem to get the fit quite right. If I tie the laces tighter so they feel secure, they only feel tight around the arch, but still loose on the rest of my foot. I found that my ankle was bothering me after wearing these a few times. I really wish I had returned them. They are a comfy sneak, but maybe if you have wider feet? I couldn't go any smaller in size or my toes would be smashed up against the end. I'm having a hard time finding any training shoes for the gym I am happy with. Bummed.
Bought these shoes for F45 gym work and they feel as comfy as they look good. I have a wide foot and they are snug but comfortable. I feel stable jumping around etc. Only things I don’t like about them is the shoe lace material, and marking from rubber floor.
I've been looking for a good pair of white trainers and ordered a few other pairs of different brands and was disappointed in all of the other pairs. I came across these with the gold heel and fell in love with the look. I took the advice of other reviews and ordered a half size larger than I normally wear and they fit great. I've used them on both hard floors and gymnastics floors for HIIT and didn't have any pain and had good support. I'm thinking about ordering another pair in a different color!
I’ve been wearing these for a week now and I am not a big fan. They are hard to get on since they are essentially slip on shoes. I find them to be tight and they have tore up the top of my heels. I was hoping they would stretch out after a couple of wears but not luck yet. Since I’ve worn them I won’t be able to send them back so I’m hoping they eventually stretch.
These shoes are so comfortable and cute. As someone who walks across a college campus everyday I can tell you these shoes are awesome. My feet never hurt and the shoe is very breathable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
So these are by far my favourite trainers! Super comfortable and light weight. Tested them today and I only had a tad discomfort on the elliptical machine but that may have been my foot position. Free weights are by fair the easiest, you feel the stability of the shoe and light weight. The reason why I say shoes runs a bit small is because I have wide feet and I find it a bit snug on the sides but it actually fits to size. Buy these shoes and you'll be very happy! The style is also frigging awesome! Just, so no ones confused - its not actually a peice of metal on the back of the shoe.. it's a foam design. :)
This shoe is true to size and the comfort is above par. I wore these to train at the gym and did some running and they were flexible and light weight.
