BAND SIZE: Standing straight up with an unpadded bra on, measure closely around the chest just under your arms, right above the bust. If your result is a fraction, round to the nearest whole number. (ex. 33.7” rounded to the nearest whole number, your band measurement is 34”)
BUST SIZE: While wearing an unpadded bra, loosely measure around the fullest part of your bust. Round to the nearest whole number. (ex. 34.5” rounded up to the nearest whole number, your bust size is 35”)
CUP SIZE: While wearing a non-padded bra, keep the tape parallel and measure at the fullest part of your bust. Round this measurement UP the nearest WHOLE number. Subtract BAND size from BUST size to find your CUP size. EX. 36” - 34” = 2” = B = 34B

size is a bit big on the shoulder ,but right cup and still supports okay.
I give this sports bra 5 stars for looks! It's beautiful! I always wear the mid crossback sports bra when I work out, so I was excited to try this style. My only complaint is that the straps are not as tight as I would like them to be. They seemed to give a little as I worked out, therefore it was not as supportive for me as the original mid crossback. The size smaller was too tight around my chest. If the straps were just a little tighter it would be perfect for me, and I would have given it 5 stars.
This is now one of my favorite sports bras because the straps go lower in the back but it still support you. So instead of feeling straps across your trap muscles, the lower back placement allows for the straps to feel more like a tank top and more free.
