This bottles top has serious design flaws.I have been using Underarmor 24 ounce bottles like this for 7 years at this point, I have had to replace the two of previous design, one due to it falling and cracking the top, the other due to the plastic band in the previous version's lid wearing out and not providing elasticity. Both of these replacements were after years of use and acceptable.
So I got this product roughly 3 months ago, and it has a serious design flaw in the cap. the elasticity of the back handle and how the carabiner is secured. If you apply pressure to the back loop laterally, the plastic carabiner unseats and over extends due to the spring. In my case, that over extension has happened twice, and the second time sheered the rivet tamping down the spring and keeping it in place. I was able to tamp it back down and reset the spring using some jewelry plyers, but this isn't something that is going to be fixed overall and will only get worse with time.
Now in theory you could say, don't apply any torque to the loop, but if you are not supposed to do that, what point is there to that loop. Not to mention the flexibility of the loop means that its not structurally sound at all without the grey carabiner plastic piece.
Does this make the bottle unusable? No, it is a perfectly functional water bottle in that it contains water and keeps it at temperature, but the loop on the back actually hinders it's overall function by limiting portability due to its size and being an immobile part of the design, while also being flimsy and not seated in the cap well. The basic loop on the previous version served its purpose much better because it was both sturdy and folded out of the way for bag use, even if it required an actual carabiner.
Overall this is a significant downgrade to the previous years version of the 24 oz bottles.
I would not recommend.

Great except for plastic flip topMy daughter (and her parents) love the water bottle but after just a few weeks is unusable because plastic flip top broke. I would have expected something much more durable given its design and marketing for active users. (In this case, a classmate knocked it over.)

Product rusted outI loved the bottle it is a great size fits in cup holders 5 a day is my water intake.
It can with stand a beating. This is my second bottle. First bottle had forever until the old style lid broke and we couldn’t get a replacement.
The second bottle rusted completely out. Like other reviews rust formed at the lid. After about 5 months of the rust it was completely rusted through and the outer wall of the bottle separated from the inner.
I am buying a plastic bottle now.

Very DisappointedBought this bottle a little over three weeks ago and we’ve had to replace the lid twice already!! I tried to contact under armour customer support on the website and never heard anything back. The bottle fell of my sons desk at school and the lid broke. Then he dropped it from the kitchen table and it broke again about a week later. Not worth the money, very disappointed in this!

I was very disappointed in this water bottle. I’ve only had it a few months and it already is leaking and rusting out. I buy a lot of Under Armour things but now I have to give if a second thought.

Product rustsWarning this product rusts quickly. I bought in January and is rusting near top of bottle.It is not of the quality I expect for the price.
