All purpose trainer, that looks good too

I am a huge UA fan, but usually shy away from their footware. At this price though, I had to give them a try. And boy am I glad I did. My workouts include lots of kettlebells, unconventional barbell and turf work. These shoes have the flat wide base for lifting and are agile enough for speed sprints. 9 months later they are going strong, however tread is starting to wear fast from all the sleigh push and pulls. Overall I'm quite pleased with this simple straightforward trainer.

Post Athlete Syndrome

I really liked the visiual designs of the shoes. I recevied alot of compliements on the design. What caught my attention is the sleek, not to overbearing, and that they be can worn with just about anything. We've used UA in college and so i know the qualify that UA produces. but these shoes were a little "lackluster" after a couple of weeks on the treadmill the soles were starting to get shreeded and would leave hanging pieces very unappealing. On the other hand you have to deal with the issue of the she cutting in to the back of your ankles, thick socks can solve this problem if need be.But I have a lot of hours into these shoes, they only get worn in the gym and taken off before leaving the facility.I can understand that the material gives it the light weight feel but was very dissappointing.I try to be light on shoes to donate after couple wears for individuals in need, so i go through a lot of styles, designs, and brands. Pros: Design Snug Fit sleakness colorways Cons: Heal Support Outer white sole material breathable material needed.

Great training shoe

I ordered these when my previous pair of UA training shoes fell apart after two years. I have worn these shoes when doing HIIT workouts, jumping rope, indoor cycling, indoor rowing, and powerlifting and they have not disappointed yet. The heel is cushioned enough to jump around in and to help get some drive when doing lifts off the ground. The front part is flexible enough to let you stay up on toes. On top of the performance they look great too.

favorite UA training shoe to date

I work in a performance facility that is UA sponsored and have many UA training shoes. these are my favorite thus far. excellent comfort (vs. the amp 2.0 which to me is much more rigid), very solid lateral support, and not blocky or chunky feeling. Great job here UA!

Product Review

It arrived on time and I love the features and quality.

Excellent stylish shoe

The shoe looks great and performs well. The instep is a little tight but it loosens up after a bit of wear. Plenty of arch support! My pair came with laces about 10" longer on the left shoe than the right, so I don't know if that was considered a "defect" and that's why they're in the outlet. Otherwise, I think they're great.

Great Training shoes

These run true to size, fit very well and feel very secure. These are good training shoes. I was hoping these would be good for all day wear as well...but I'm not sure they will be. That's not a ding on the shoe though - they do well what they were mean to do. I felt that they tipped in a little how a tennis shoes your ankle feels very secure - something you would need in training. But that wouldn't bode well for all day wear. I like the Commit training shoes that I got recently - they are great for training and comfy all day.

Very solid shoe, but very flat.

This design looks really great, and the reviews are stellar so I ordered a pair. In person they are very flat though. And wide at the front, like a duck bill. I have normal sized feet, generally shoes fit fine. But these ones seem to cut in to the first toe knuckles on my feet when I walk. Really too bad as I was looking forward to these. The good about them is that they seem solid like a tank. I usually just wear running shoes for everything so I’ve never worn trainers. I wish these fit as they are so solid. You feel like you could really put them through their paces. Reluctantly returned.

Great Shoe!

looks better than the pics. very light, very soft and comfortable well offering strong support

Perfect for the gym

I use these to wear for my cross-training (Weight Lifting and Running) at the gym. I always buy UA shoes a 1/2 size larger (I typically wear a 9, so I buy a 9.5), so I did that with these and it was just right. These shoes are perfect for they gym as they don't slide, give plenty of stability for Free Weight usage, and yet are lightweight enough for use on the Treadmill and Elliptical. Oh, and the shoe laces are little more than decoration, as the shoes slip comfortably over the foot and really don't need to be laced up tight to stay on.
