Huge Under Armour fan but this one is a bogey. Looks good, fits fine, velcro holds up well, was quite durable for me, but the flexibility is horrendous. I found as I tried to bend my wrists during my swing at all the glove tried to fight me and refuse to allow any flexibility in my hands and wrists at all. In a game where feel is so important this glove will not be staying in my bag.
I had two of these Strikeskin gloves tear across my palm in 6 holes of golf including a 25 ball range warm up. Longtime golfer and I've never had a glove fall apart like this. And it happened twice on a supposedly quality brand. Quality too poor for words!
The feel & quality of glove is top notch. Really like the look. I ordered a medium but cadet medium would have been perfect. There was no Strikeskin in stock at my local retailer so I took a chance. Overall very pleased with my order. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
th glove feels a bit tight to start with but then has a nice feel to it, but it doesn't last. I've tried 2 of these now and they both last maybe 8 rounds each before they deteriate in either stretch or sticking or tear. I want this to be too good, as when they fit well they are good. They just don't last. They don't compare in durability to the footboy brand.
Not to take away from the comfort of this glove, but material began tearing up within 9-10 rounds. VERY WEAK material and quality for the price you're paying. Wouldn't recommend buying this glove to anyone if you're looking for durability. I've purchased other brand gloves for less and lasted well beyond this model.
Bought this just to try. Played with this glove for about 5 rounds. No range time. Tore in between my index finger and middle finger. Then tore at the elastic near the wrist. Last straw was when the palm split in half during a practice swing. Fit was great when I first tried it on, was definitely not overly tight. Won't buy another glove from Under Armour.
The glove felt great and the fit was good as well but it ripped along the seam by the wrist after less than two months.
I originally thought this glove and the others (CoolSwitch) were overpriced and no better than other brands. After playing countless rounds as well as the practice range, I have to say I am a convert. I have the StrikeSkin and the CoolSwitch. They stay supple even after they get a little wet from sweat or a little rain. Other gloves I've had will stiffen and lose their feel. These are incredibly comfortable as well as giving a great grip on the club. These will be my only gloves from this point on.
I hit a shot with my 3 iron and immediately after, I heard something tear, the glove started to stiffen after 2 rounds, and it tore after just three.
Product felt great, good grip on the clubs. Would be a 5 star review if it didn't rip on my second round using it, not even a little hole entire palm tore.
