I wanted a shirt for a while to go with my growing collection of shorts and I decided to give this model a try.
The fit and finish is excellent, the comfort is spectacular and the overall appearance is fantastic.
In terms of general use, there's no issue with sweat as the cloth is designed wick away moisture and it doesn't hitch or bunch.
The sizing of Underarmour now is ALL over the place. I ordered a bunch of different items including some tall and the size I needed varied tremendously (the talls are hilariously long even for a guy who's 6'6!" I ended up ordering a bunch of different sizes for every garment. I think issue is Underarmour is not athletic cut anymore (I.e. triangle, wide at top and tapering down the waist). It's made with larger torsos to accommodate larger americans.
This shirt I had to use a Medium and even then the body is quite large but the shoulders are about right. I used to wear large in Underarour a few years ago! Also this Threadgear fabric is itchy feeling out of the package, whereas the Raid and Tech are smooth against the skin. Funny, they claim Threadgear is smoothest?? Maybe after a few washes I guess?
Body fits well but the length is excessive. I’m 5’8” and a Small was almost halfway down my thigh. It also didn’t lay flat across the back of my shoulders.
I have owned five of these shirts in different colors for the last 8 months or so and they have been absolutely fantastic! I wear them primarily for running but also lounging around the house. As far as running goes, these are amazing. I average 6-8 miles per run, 5 days a week and the performance of this shirt is spot on. I am a naturally heavy sweater so by the time my run is finished these shirts are pretty much soaked in sweat yet I have never had an issue with abrasion of my nipples which is very important to me. The material is nice and soft with just the right amount of stretch. It is nice to see UA releasing more colorways for this shirt as time has gone on! I am 6'4" and 215 lbs and wear a size L in this shirt and the length is perfect along with being a slim enough shirt as to not look poofy at all on me.
I bought red.
I bought it for a picnic or as a casual wear.
Flexible polyester fibers deliver this shirt to me just beyond the picnic effect.
I wear this polyester and I ride my bike and run. I often wear this shirt freely when climbing.
The price is also cheap, I like the design.
Any more shirts with higher scores?
I got one for Christmas and really enjoyed the fit and feel. I use it as a casual shirt for going out or it can be used in the gym. It runs a bit short for me but that's because I usually order tall sizes and this one was a gift.
I love this shirt and have bought many more since this one.
I have owned this shirt for 6 months, always wash in cold water and have never dried and there are tiny fabric balls all over the inside and outside of the shirt. After taking great care of the shirt it is disappointing in how the fabric progresses.
My husband is extremely picky when it comes to gym and work shirts so it's safe to say, that he owns 5+ of these shirts. He wears these t-shirts under his uniform for work and loves wearing them to the gym. The fabric of these shirts are thin and loose, but once put on, the fit is really nice. I wouldn't say the material is so thin you can see through, but it's a lightweight, active shirt. In comparison to the other shirts he owns, he wears a L in this particular shirt. In other loose fit shirts, he's an XL. In UA polo shirts, he's a L. I will definitely be purchasing more of these because he loves them.
The shoulders were way too small on this shirt for me. When I put it on, the seam where the shoulder is was about an inch short of where my shoulder starts, and because of the design, the shoulder seam stuck up awkwardly.
However, the fabric seemed really nice, and I was super disappointed to return it since it didn't fit.
