Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the wait I’ve pondered buying a pair of the Rock 3 training shoes for some time and when this colour way came I jumped straight on them. They live up to the hype! They is are one of the most stable pair of shoes I have, but are so comfortable at the same time which has made them my go to shoe in the gym and to wear every day. I am now looking at the other colours so I can wear them all the time.

And they are, the wide heel snd stable heel are great for deadlifts and squats, and they keep my feet stable without stretching. I’m very pleased with them
