To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

When I first put them on they were a little snug on my feet but after wearing them a little while they felt great. Definitely great in the gym, I have already noticed a difference in my training wearing these shoes. Under Armour and The Rock truly knocked others out of the park with these.
Best shoe I have ever worn. Keep More the colors coming
You guys have blue colour in this I need to buy it ASAP.
I originally ordered the shoes in 13. They fit like a 12 or even an 11.5. They looked small in the box, felt smaller on my feet. I exchanged them for a 14, hoping they may just run small. No, the 14s were too big, especially too big to train in. I was really excited for the new Project Rocks and I have owned every iteration so far. The make and feel of the shoe seemed right up there with the best of the best, so I am pretty bummed that I couldn't get a pair to fit well.
I'll start off with saying these do run a little small, which in my case was fine. I ordered a size 12 and usually 12 runs just a little long for me but these fit snug, not bad snug, just right. I'm guessing they're more like a 11.5. They are also narrow which again was fine with me because I have narrow feet. If you have wide feet, these will not be comfortable! They feel sturdy and strong when working out. The sole was a little harder than I thought it would be. Overall these are great shoes and I'd buy them again. For the price though I won't say they're a perfect 5 star.
If used to be you could rely on under armor for a great overall product. As a physical therapist (retired), this is the WORST shoe I have purchased. Some genius who has no design capability decided to make a unique prototype with this failure. What they did was incorporate the tongue of the shoe with the format of the entire shoe. In other words, if you buy the same size athletic shoe that you have before it will take you ten minutes just to squeeze your foot into the shoe as there is a mesh belt around the entire opening! I needed a shoe horn to get my foot into the opening. You might even need some lube! It is a workout to say the least. Once the foot is in the shoe it is extremely tight and may cause cramping. If you go a size larger you will have the problem of lack of support where you need it most. This was my last lesson learned on buying shoes on the internet. YOU MUST TRY THEM ON IN THE STORE. Will I return these? Probably not, as I am sick of sending stuff back. Take into consideration that this is an EXPENSIVE and HIGHLY OVERPRICED athletic shoe that will not last long it really cost me. No more UA crap for while. Ask the Rock if he has any problems with the shoe, I think he will be very disappointed in his endorsement.
I am big into weightlifting and could not have found better gym shoes. The Rock's kicks are stable, sturdy, and the HOVR comfort is right there when you need it. The low cut is much better than the previous PR1s. They allow for more breathability in my opinion. The low cuts are soft and add to the secure fit. I have the black and white pairs... could not be happier with the colors that match almost any clothing. I am very impressed with the PR2's stability, design, and the comfort from the HOVR. I plan to get another pair without a doubt. These are now my 2nd pair of HOVR's from UA. I think I will only buy from the HOVR line. Great job UA!
As with all that DJ does these shoes are epic. I bought the PR 1’s which were super comfortable but not great for leg day. The PR2s are great for whatever you do in the gym.
I purchased this pair, size 14, of Project Rock training shoes with birthday money, after eyeing them online and in the local outlet store. They fit like a glove, very snug but not too tight. There is enough room for my inserts. I wear them with my Rock gear, about twice a week. Love them.
Pros - good snug fit for high intensity workouts. - really good suppprt through the hoover sole. - great looking - looks durable - not tested Cons - initially the heel was little uncomfortable after a long use. - would like more color options
