These shoes are phenomenal. No break-in period, no sore feet, no need to hope they stretch because they fit great, and remarkably light. I have not had a chance to test the waterproofing yet but GoreTex has never let me down.

Water proof!

I bought these for winter running in Michigan. Nothing is worse than cold wet feet. As I’m new to running and more of a cyclist I figured the gore Tex would help keep me dry and the design would help with snow and ice traction. I’ve run on snow and a bit of ice (not too much help for ice) but these were great on the dark morning run when I heard splashes of water I remained dry. They are also a bit warmer than my usual running shoe. A great choice and may even try trail running in the spring.

These fit great feels like walking on a field of clouds. Perfect fit.

Great traction; out of the box comfort

Had my first run in these on a fairly aggressive (and rain soaked) trail ... traction was excellent, and it certainly didn't feel like I was breaking in new shoes. Gore-Tex was effective as well - always curious to see how waterproofing holds up, but as for now these are looking like fast favs for this fall.
