To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I prefer to squat and deadlift barefoot but unfortunately I have terrible feet, ankles, and a 14mm leg length discrepancy to deal with. So wearing shoes during exercise is an absolute necessity for me. I wear custom orthotics and also send my shoes in to have a lift placed. So a shoe with a removable insole and 0-4mm heel-toe drop is exactly what I need.
The UA Charged Legend Training Shoe gives me everything I need. With its insole removed it provides the perfect flat base I need. It's functional, looks great, fits comfortably, and last a long time. I would recommend that you replace the included insole, even if you do not have bad feet. It makes the shoe feel as though its squeezing the sides of my feet together. It's also too soft at the heel which is not so good for those heavy lifts.
I've been wearing these shoes 50 hours a week for 9 months. Concrete floors all day long, these shoes don't stop.
I still have the same traction I did from the start.
Super comfortable, great buy for sure!!
I love UA and tend to purchase more from them than I should. That being said I’ve tried tons of different training shoes from them. These are by far most versatile, best fitting, and durable shoes they have ever made. From now on whatever other type of training shoe it made it should stem from the example set by these shoes. You won’t be sorry for getting a pair of these.
This is by far my favorite shoe ever! It does run a little big in the toe and heel so the second pair I ordered I went a half size down. Super durable shoe. I've had these for over a year and I do all kinds of athletic movements in them and heavy lifting. I wish there were more colors to choose from. I need royal blue shoes for work and if that was an available color I would buy them in an instant. Maybe Under Armour can make an upgraded version where the heel and toe fit a little better, but the style and materials are perfect. I don't like a super high heel or too soft of a sole and the soles on these are exactly what I am looking for. If Under Armour keeps making these I won't have to look for any other style of workout shoe again!!
Niece shoes, however runs very narrow. I was trying to replace the pair I've ordered, but the process was so long... I decided do not order new pair again.
I bought this specifically for gym/HIIT training and I wasn't disappointed, it has a nice solid, flat bottom with the right amount of flex at the mid to forefoot. Materials feel sturdy and durable rather than the usual mesh you find on shoes. The only downside is they aren't really suited for running, considering how study they've been made but for gym and HIIT they're perfect. Overall great shoe.
I love these shoes. I bought them to lift in and they are great. Awesome support and stiff enough to lift heavy.
It takes a while to break in these shoes so it might feel uncomfortable for a period of time, a little stiff.
Have had these for about a year now and sadly they still look virtually new and not by my choice. Wanted these to be my daily go-tos as I really liked how they looked and the features seemed to be a good match for the kind of training I would be using them for. Once I put them on I thought they would work as they felt fine so I kept them. It took multiple workouts but I finally figured why I found myself really disliking these shoes. It was due to the fact that after a while they really started to cause me quite a lot of pain. They apply way too much pressure on the first joint of my big toe, right above the ball of my foot. You can’t loosen the shoe laces enough as it’s really beyond where the laces end, there just isn’t enough room there. They are the right size and there is nothing extraordinary about my feet. By the time it really started it was too late to return them or else I would have happily done so. Went back to my previous trainers which thankfully have been able to take the extra wear. Too bad since I have some new cool looking shoes I can’t bear to use.
I expected to get more lateral and heel support with this shoe, but unfortunately did not. I work out 5-6 times a week mostly free weights and mix in cardio and HIIT, and could not feel comfortable with my movements. I've been using Under Armour for a couple of years and this did not cut the muster. Good thing is that the Ultimate's are still available so I'll continue with that product line.
