Why is the Australia assortment different from the US assortment?

The Australia assortment is the selection of Under Armour gear available in the Oceania region. Because it is sold and shipped locally, we can offer you fast and convenient delivery with low shipping costs.

If you cannot find the item you are searching for, you can also shop from an extended range serviced by our third party shipping provider, Borderfree. However, because we are shipping from the US, please be aware it takes longer to deliver and is more expensive.

Please note: these are two separate sites. We are unable to transfer or combine your shopping carts. At this time you will need to make two separate transactions if you are ordering from both the local site and the extended range.

When will my Borderfree shipment arrive?

Because we are shipping directly from the United States, please allow 5-10 days for transit.

When shopping on the local site you can receive your order within 2-4 business days!

How much does it cost for shipping and handling from the United States?

Due to international shipping, our cost is a flat $35 USD rate for standard shipping and $45 USD for DHL express. We do not offer free shipping options.

Keep in mind that when ordering from the local site you can receive less expensive or even free shipping because your order is already in our Australia warehouse!

What if I need to return an item I purchased from the extended range?

We would be happy to issue you a return authorization to help you return your gear. In order to receive this authorization, please reach out to customerserviceint@underarmour.com and include your Order Number, Items for Return and Quantities to be returned.

After authorization is complete you will receive an email from a Borderfree email address with instructions for the return, the amount to be refunded upon receipt and any costs associated with returning the items. Please be patient, as it will take longer to receive your items and process a refund.

At this time, we are unable to process Return-for-Exchange requests and will only be able to process a Return-for-Refund. If you would like to receive different styles, colors, or sizes from your original order a new order will have to be placed from our website.
